Fairview Slipstream – an RPG-maker homage to David Lynch.

Maid in Sherwood – a hidden-movement boardgame with no note-taking.

Shutterbugs – a competitive arcade game of seaside drone photography.

StarCross – an adaptation of Frogger; a sci-fi romance about planets drifting apart.

Strange Voyage – a procedurally-generating nautical fantasy prose bot.

We’re All in This Together – a psychedelic horror Twine set in a Cyberpunk London.

Music for Games

I also composed the music for Electric Tortoise by Dillon Rogers, Vex Puzzles by Itzy Interactive, and most of the soundtrack for Amateur Surgeon: Regenerations.

Academic & Educational

I have a BA and PhD in Media & Cultural Studies. My research background has focused on informal education around games and technology, as well as discourse analysis of gaming cultures and communities.

From 2018-2023 I helped design and deliver the Games Design BA course at Canterbury Christ Church University. During this time I was promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer and also became Course Director for Games. I helped organize student showcases at Canterbury Festival and the Medway Gaming Festival, as well as organizing a 2022 exhibition and academic symposium on LGBT+ authored games and Queer Game Studies. I hold a Senior Fellowship with the UK HEA, meaning I am qualified to teach at Reader or Principal Lecturer level.
